Michael’s professional background spans an impressive array of categories, including business ownership, territory development, sales, and management. Michael graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in Accounting and a passion for international business which led to a stint in Bogota, Colombia, to grow an education platform. Since then, Michael’s professional career has focused on growing territories in the commercial construction space.

Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. Jesse joined the team in 2020 after running operations for one of the largest commercial / residential garage door companies in Missouri. He’s often the first person on the job and the last to leave to ensure our projects stay on schedule. Jesse prides himself in providing our partners excellent work while keeping our crew’s safety a top priority. When he’s not busy managing our teams in the field, Jesse can be found at the hockey rink reliving his glory days or with his two children.

30+ years of experience in the commercial garage door industry makes Chip an expert in his field and is often looked to for advice when building plans are being drawn up for garage doors. Before his days in the garage door industry, Chip studied biology and graduated from Washington University. Chip can be found on the golf course trying to work out his slice when he’s not reading blueprints.

Over the past fifteen years, Falon Montroy has worn many construction hats and is responsible for the team coordination in-house and out in the field to ensure their duties and accountability for each project. Montroy graduated from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville with a bachelor’s degree in General Business Administration. When Falon isn’t talking shop, she spends time with her family or volunteering at several non-profits in her community.

Paula has been a CPA since 1999, working in the construction industry for the last twenty years. Paula, a graduate of the University of Missouri, has perfected the responsibility for managing the accounting system, monitoring project costs and supplier expenses, checking customer billings and payments, and assisting with financial administration. In addition, she loves to spend time with her grandkids and is an avid bowler on the road to a perfect score.
